Senior Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Expand & identify new sales leads and potential new markets across various channels not limited to cold call, email, social media, networking events etc
- Understand client business structures, hiring needs, and industry trends to propose tailored talent solutions.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to deliver on client requirements and ensure high-quality service.
- Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking sessions to enhance company visibility.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate terms of business.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM tools.
