A prominent pharmaceutical company is seeking a highly driven Product Manager to join their vibrant team and play a key role in managing and growing the assigned pharmaceutical product portfolio.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute product strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from development through launch, ensuring alignment with market demands and regulatory standards.
Collect and analyze feedback from customers, sales teams, and healthcare professionals to continuously enhance product offerings.
Support and train the sales team, while evaluating product performance, customer insights, and sales trends to guide future strategic decisions.
Track and assess the financial performance of the product portfolio, including revenue, costs, and overall profitability.

Job Requirements

Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing or a related field.
At least 3 year(s) of experience in product management, brand management, or related roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
Prior experience in a therapeutic area relevant to O&G or Orthopaedics is essential.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
