Marketing Executive

We are expanding and looking for Marketing Executives who are passionate about lead generation through agent recruitment and digital advertising.

• Achieve at least SPM
• Experience in lead generation via recruitment or digital ads.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Creative, proactive, and target-driven.
• Team player with positive energy.
• Bonus: Familiarity with financial / koperasi / loan services.
• Lead Generation (Main Focus)
• Drive qualified leads daily through creative marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and hit weekly/monthly lead targets.
• Agent & Affiliate Recruitment
• Recruit, onboard, and manage new agents/affiliates.
• Support agents with materials and ensure they generate consistent leads.
• Digital Advertising (TikTok Ads & Meta Ads)
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid ads to bring in high-quality leads.
• Track CPL (cost per lead) and conversion metrics.
• Collaboration & Branding
• Work closely with creative team (content creators & live hosts) to design campaigns that attract the right prospects.
• Ensure brand message builds trust and attracts serious customers
