Role Overview

We’re looking for a passionate Social Media Content Creator who can ideate, film, and edit content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. This role suits someone who’s comfortable on camera, speaks well, and has basic video editing skills using user-friendly tools like CapCut and Canva.

• Video Creation
• Act as on-screen talent for brand and educational videos (e.g., parenting tips, product guides, day-in-the-life, testimonials)
• Script, film, and edit short-form videos for social platforms
• Collaborate with the team on campaign themes and storytelling directions
• Editing & Design
• Edit videos using CapCut (transitions, captions, music, branding)
• Use Canva to create thumbnails, video covers, or in-video visuals
• Ensure content reflects Babymama’s values and brand style
• Social Media Awareness
• Stay updated with trending formats, parenting topics, and viral audio
• Suggest creative ideas for reels, collaborations, and value-based content
• Collaboration & Posting
• Work with the Creative Media and BDE teams for content calendar planning
• Participate in live shoots, event coverage, or influencer content as needed

• Shape meaningful parenting content that impacts real families
• Develop your personal brand and content skills in a supportive team
• Opportunities to grow with BAC (Babymama Alliance Circle), events, and campaigns

• Confident speaking in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English
• Experienced in creating personal or brand content for TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube Shorts
• Comfortable using CapCut and Canva
• Bonus: Familiar with family, parenting, or wellness themes
