About the role- Responsible for all accounting aspects of sales, manufacturing cost, distribution cost, inventory, and other related accounts – including posting of journal entries, analyzing reports, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Coordination with other finance, business and operation departments to process transactions and review master data, including product standard costing.
- Identify root cause and drive process improvements to rectify errors and process gaps.
- Work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance (or equivalent)
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA or equivalent)
- At least 3 years of working experience in audit or finance-related working role in multinational company; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Strong foundation in accounting principles and practices; US GAAP knowledge is a plus
- Self-motivated team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills, and high ethical standards
- Additional language skill (e.g. Spanish, Mandarin) is a plus
