Digital Marketing Specialist

Have Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing ads via TikTok Ads Manager and/or Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram Ads).
- Proven track record in performance marketing (CPAS), particularly in TikTok Shop & e-commerce advertising.
- Familiarity with live streaming marketing & short video content strategies.
- Strong communication & collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Adaptability to fast-changing digital marketing trends and platform updates.
- Run and optimize TikTok & Meta ads to hit sales and performance targets.
- Track ad performance, analyze data, and adjust campaigns for better results.
- Work with live streaming and video content teams to boost traffic and conversions.
- Create reports on ad performance and suggest improvements.
- Stay updated on TikTok/Meta ad tools and test new features for better performance.
- Manage ad accounts, monitor daily metrics, and fix issues quickly.
