Social Media Marketing

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Design, or related field
• 2–3 years experience in a similar marketing role preferred

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in social media platforms and content scheduling tools
• Strong skills in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
• Basic video editing and photography skills
• Experience with tools like CapCut, VN Editor, or other mobile editing apps is a plus

Soft Skills:

• Creative thinking with strong visual storytelling ability
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Self-motivated, hands-on and resourceful
• Skills Required: Content Creation, Analytics and Community Management

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and videos Branding & Design
• Maintain and develop company branding materials such as brochures, corporate profiles, signage, and merchandise
• Collaborate on the development of promotional materials and sales tools using Canva or similar platforms
• Ensure consistency of brand visuals across all channels

• Shoot and edit photos and videos for marketing campaigns, product showcases, and event highlights
• Create short-form and long-form video content suitable for digital platforms
• Maintain an image and video library for marketing use

• Assist with website updates and online advertising campaigns
• Prepare monthly marketing reports and updates for management
