We’re looking for a Junior TikTok Content Creator to help us shoot short-form videos for brands. If you’re always on TikTok, love spotting trends, and don’t mind being on camera — this role is for you!
Requirements:
- Film and edit TikTok videos using in-app tools or CapCut.
- Stay on top of trending audio, challenges, hooks, and formats to keep content fresh.
- Appear on camera and assist with behind-the-scenes shooting for others.
- Collaborate closely with strategists and clients to meet creative goals.
- Assist in community engagement by replying to comments or ideating reply videos.
- Monitor performance and iterate based on video insights and feedback.
- Active TikTok user who’s familiar with current trends, creators, and platform behavior.
- Comfortable being on camera and trying new concepts.
- Basic video editing skills (TikTok app, CapCut, or similar).
- Strong interest in content creation, branding, and storytelling.
- Good communication skills and a team-first attitude.
- Bonus: experience with TikTok Shop, live-streaming, or managing brand accounts.
