Admin Cum Technical (Sales)

Job Description

1. Ensure that customer enquiries are dealt with effectively.
2. Prepare quotation, and others document such as invoice, delivery order for sales services.
3. Liaise with technician for received repair items.
4. Backup sales processing as and when required.
5. Providing general office support, including filing and data entry in system.
6. Perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties in support of assigned management.
7. Handling correspondence and communication with technical team.
8. Able to start immediately
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
10. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google.
11. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
12. Willing to learn and sharing ideas.
