• Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu (bonus if fluent in English)
• Able to conduct live streaming sessions independently with energy and confidence
• Proficient in using TikTok (experience hosting live sessions is an advantage)
• Willing to follow a fixed work schedule, including weekends and night shifts up to 10:00 PM
• Basic knowledge or interest in wedding, fashion, or bridal industry
• Able to take instructions, work independently, and maintain high work ethics
• Not allowed to use personal equipment or accounts for company tasks
• Willing to attend and host live sessions during special company events (e.g., Open Day, expos)
• Conduct live streaming sessions on the company’s official TikTok account.
• Present information about wedding packages, bridal services, and hall facilities in an engaging and professional manner.
• Host a minimum of 2 live sessions per day (morning/afternoon/night) according to the assigned schedule.
• Ensure that all live sessions are conducted using only the company’s official equipment and social media accounts.
• Must have full knowledge of all wedding packages, hall locations, and bridal services offered.
• Work on a scheduled basis, including weekends and night shifts (up to 10:00 PM).
• Willing to handle ad-hoc live sessions during special company events such as Open Day and expos.
• Fixed monthly salary based on experience
• 0.2% commission for each prospect that successfully closes a sale and pays a deposit (commission rate subject to change by management)
• Structured working hours (maximum 8 hours per day / 45 hours per week)
