Senior Finance & Human Resources Executive - Klang

Assist in managing day-to-day finance and human resources related operation matters of the subsidiaries.
- Responsible in performing all accounting procedures, month end closing, journal entries, general ledger maintenance and preparing supporting schedules for financial statements of the subsidiaries.
- Assist in preparing, examining, and analysing accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports of the subsidiaries to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Assist in managing accounts receivable and accounts payable matters as well as treasury of the subsidiaries.
- Assist in managing payroll preparation and adhering to statutory compliances of the subsidiaries.
- Assist in liaising with external/internal auditors, tax agents and company secretaries in a professional manner to ensure request from all parties is attended in promptly basis.
- Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Excellent mathematical skills.
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with business principles and practices is an added advantage for consideration.
- Familiar with spreadsheets and OBM accounting software is an added advantage for consideration.
