Job Description:
The Office Administrator’s job scope shall include:
- To digitize documents, perform data entries and file documents.
- To handle petty cash related transactions.
- Overseeing and managing correspondence.
- Assisting other departments with administrative duties to ensure a smooth day-to-day operation.
- Liaising and communicating with different departments or external parties according to the needs of the job.
- Recording inventory movement and performing month-end stock take.
- Managing the cleanliness and supplies of the customer lounge.
- Greeting customers and customer care
Job Requirements:
This job shall require the individual to have:
- Diploma in Office Administration or the equivalent.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Quick learner on internal work processes.
- Detail oriented, comfortable with paperwork and attending to clients.
- At least 1 year experience in administrative and accounting work.
- Willing to work 5.5 days a week including public holidays.
