UI/UX Designer

UX Research & analysis: Talk to users to understand their needs and challenges. Analyze data to find pain points in existing tools.
- Design & Prototyping: Turn ideas into high-fidelity prototypes (using Figma) to test with users and Improve designs based on feedback and measurable results.
- Visual Design: Create icons, illustrations, and dashboards that are easy to understand and inclusive, ensuring designs align with our brand’s style.
- Enhance user experience: Audit user journeys, identify friction points through analytics and feedback, and iterate designs.
- Collaboration & Communication: Explain your design decisions clearly to teammates and stakeholders, and give and receive feedback to refine solutions.
- Build and scale design systems: Leverage existing design systems and create reusable components to ensure consistency across our evolving product suite.
- Minimun 2 year of work experience as a UI/UX designer or a similar role with Portfolio showcasing design thinking, visual, design solutions and your role in scaling them (HR tech or AI tools are a bonus!).
- Tools: Strong skills in Figma. Familiarity with Sketch, Adobe Suite, or Miro is helpful. Experience with design systems such as Ant Design is a plus!
- Bonus:
- AI interest: Curious and eager to design ethical AI interfaces.
- Knowledge of web-based technologies and their impact on the feasibility of design solutions. Basic understanding of front-end tech (HTML/CSS, Angular)
