- Required skills: TikTok Content Creation, Video Editing, Content Strategy, Trend Analysis
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in creating engaging content for TikTok or other short-form video platforms.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of TikTok trends, algorithm, and best practices.
- Ability to develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing objectives.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to analyze data and insights to optimize content performance.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Puchong.
- Develop and execute engaging TikTok content aligned with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
- Create high-quality, visually appealing, and shareable video content, including short-form videos, challenges, and tutorials.
- Manage and maintain the company's TikTok account, ensuring consistent posting and engagement with followers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest TikTok trends, features, and algorithm changes to optimize content performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales.
- Analyze TikTok performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize content strategy accordingly.
- Edit and enhance video content using video editing software to ensure a professional and polished final product.
- Brainstorm and pitch creative content ideas that resonate with the target audience and align with the company's brand values.
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner to foster a strong online community.
