2+ years of experience in Marketing, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related roles
- Experience in digital products, SaaS, or subscription-based platforms
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, user acquisition strategies, and conversion funnels
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize marketing performance metrics
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
- Familiarity with overseas digital platforms and content ecosystems is an advantage
- Proficient in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Midjourney) to enhance productivity
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently
- Drive User Growth & Revenue
- Execute marketing strategies to increase user acquisition and paid subscriptions
- Identify high-potential markets, audiences, and growth opportunities
- Support initiatives that directly contribute to revenue growth
- Manage Marketing Channels & Partnerships
- Develop and manage digital marketing channels (affiliates, influencers, review sites, etc.)
- Collaborate with external partners to expand brand reach and user acquisition
- Optimize traffic sources for quality, scalability, and cost-efficiency
- Optimize Conversion & Campaign Performance
- Improve conversion rates from free users to paid subscribers
- Execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and trial-to-paid strategies
- Work closely with product and marketing teams to enhance user onboarding and engagement
- Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics (e.g., CAC, ROI, conversion rates)
- Identify trends and insights to optimize campaign effectiveness
- Continuously test and scale high-performing marketing initiatives
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, data) to align strategies
- Support integrated marketing campaigns and product launches
- Share user and market insights to improve overall marketing effectiveness
