- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Electronics Application Engineering.
- Strong background in circuit and PCB design, with expertise in EMC/EMI and magnetic components.
- Hands-on experience with EMC lab testing and supporting customer design requirements.
- Demonstrated leadership, self-motivation, and results-driven mindset, with excellent English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Develop and execute market strategies while identifying new business opportunities to sustain growth.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer-reported technical issues, providing clear guidance throughout the process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and industry developments to deliver accurate customer support.
- Conduct product training sessions and assist customers in maximizing product functionality.
- Uphold professionalism in all customer interactions, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Enhance support processes by joining customer visits, training technical sales teams, and preparing clear reports and documentation.
