Front Desk Customer Relations & Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaking Preferred)

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused individual to join our aesthetic clinic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, handling walk-in customers, and promoting treatments and packages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend to walk-in customers and manage front desk operations
• Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups (new and existing clients)
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent service experience
• Explain and promote clinic treatments, packages, and services confidently
• Assist with basic administrative and coordination tasks

Salary & Benefits:

• RM 3,500 – RM 6000 + incentives

Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin, with good command of English
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in sales and explaining aesthetic treatments
• Pleasant, friendly, and customer-oriented personality
• 1–2 years experience in clinic, aesthetic clinic, or medi-spa preferred
