George Town - Takaful Consultant

Job Description

• Identify and approach potential clients to promote Takaful products and services.
• Understand customers' financial needs and recommend suitable Takaful plans (e.g., Family Takaful, General Takaful, Investment-linked products).
• Provide expert advice on Shariah-compliant risk protection and savings plans.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and excellent service.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance goals.
• Conduct financial needs analysis (FNA) and present tailored Takaful solutions.
• Educate clients about the benefits of Takaful and how it differs from conventional insurance.
• Attend product training, sales meetings, and certification programs to ensure up-to-date industry knowledge.
• Handle customer inquiries and claims with professionalism and empathy.
• Uphold the ethical standards and compliance requirements set by the Takaful operator and regulatory authorities.

Own Transport Motorcycle

Salary RM 2,000 to RM 10,000 per month
