Senior/Junior Interior Designer

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in 3D rendering and detailed drawings.
• Expertise in AutoCAD, 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects at various stages.
• Ability to travel and work extended hours when needed.

• 3D Visualization & Technical Drawings: Prepare comprehensive design drawings throughout each project stage, including -3D visualizations, 2D technical details, and furniture specifications.
• Collaborate with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to align design concepts with client needs and market insights.
• Gather feedback, adjust designs as needed, and ensure a clear understanding of client expectations.
• Creative Concept Development: Develop and bring creative, practical design concepts to life that reflect client objectives and brand vision.

• Client & Contractor Relations: Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring specifications and expectations are met.
• Material Sourcing & Sample Boards: Research and source materials, considering functionality, aesthetics, and budget. Create sample boards in collaboration with suppliers and vendors.
