- Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a related field. Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
- Creativity: Strong creative thinking, with an eye for design and content that will attract and engage customers.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that engages customers.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze marketing performance and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize ROI.
- Passion for Food: A genuine interest in the food and beverage industry and staying up-to-date with food trends and customer preferences.
- Develop Promotional Campaigns: Create and execute promotional strategies to drive traffic to the restaurant, including special offers, limited-time discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
- Increase Social Media Exposure: Manage and grow the restaurant's presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), creating content that resonates with the target audience.
- Content Creation: Design eye-catching graphics, videos, and posts that highlight menu items, events, customer reviews, and behind-the-scenes moments to generate engagement.
- Collaborate with Influencers: Identify and collaborate with food influencers or local influencers to amplify brand awareness and drive customer visits.
- Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner to foster a loyal online community.
- Monitor Trends: Keep up with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the restaurant remains relevant and ahead of the curve in the digital space.
- Track Campaign Performance: Use analytics tools to monitor the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting strategies to maximize engagement and sales.
