Finance Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent) preferred
- 5+ years of experience in finance/accounting (with leadership experience)
- Financial Planning & Analysis
- Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights
- Monitor cash flow and financial health
- Support strategic planning and business decisions
- Accounting & Reporting
- Oversee preparation of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Maintain general ledger and accounting records
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/GAAP)
- Budget Management
- Track actual spending vs budget
- Identify variances and recommend corrective actions
- Control costs and optimize financial efficiency
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax laws
- Coordinate audits (internal and external)
- Implement internal controls to reduce financial risk
- Team Leadership
- Supervise finance and accounting staff
- Provide training and performance management
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Stakeholder Communication
- Present financial reports to senior management
- Work with department heads on budgeting and financial planning
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
