Possess a Diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Proficiency in basic accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping procedures and maintaining financial records.
- Basic understanding of auditing concepts is a plus.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., AutoCount and SQL) is advantageous.
- Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies in accounting and company secretarial services.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Self discipline, timely report to superiors.
- Assist in daily bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports under the guidance of senior accountants.
- Help with data entry into accounting software and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Participate in audit preparation by organizing and retrieving financial documents as requested.
- Assist in the processing of payroll and related tax filings.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, spreadsheet creation, and financial modeling.
- Learn and apply principles of company secretarial services, assisting with basic filings and documentation.
