Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or similar administrative role
  • Must be able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM or sales software experience is an advantage
  • Able to think quickly, resolve issues, and support the sales team efficiently
  • Cooperative, proactive, and able to work well in a team
  • Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Willing to learn product knowledge and stay updated with market trends
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including preparing presentations, proposals, and meeting materials
  • Process and manage sales orders from entry to fulfillment, including monitoring order status and communicating with customers
  • Act as a point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and manage post-sales support
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, tracking performance, conversion rates, and customer feedback
  • Maintain and update the customer database, sales records, and contract documentation
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships, addressing feedback and supporting continuous improvement
  • Support the implementation of sales strategies by providing insights from customer interactions and market trends
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, features, and industry developments to better support sales and customer needs
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain or logistics to ensure product availability
  • Assist in onboarding and training new sales staff, while offering ongoing guidance to support team productivity
