Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotations, processing sales orders, and managing customer inquiries.
  • Provide comprehensive sales support by maintaining accurate records of sales activities, generating reports, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Coordinate and manage sales-related documentation, ensuring all files are organized and readily accessible.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams in both Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to facilitate smooth operations and address any concerns.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create professional documents, presentations, and reports as needed.
  • Support marketing initiatives by assisting with copywriting tasks for promotional materials and maintaining social media presence.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies to enhance efficiency and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and organizing sales-related documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales quotations, proposals, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company branding guidelines.
  • Maintain and update the customer database with accurate sales information, contact details, and sales activity records.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products/services.
  • Generate sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and timely manner, escalating complex issues to the appropriate sales team member.
  • Support the sales team in organizing and coordinating sales events, trade shows, and customer visits.
  • Translate documents and communications between Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English to facilitate effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment for the sales team.
