Promptly address walk-in customers, their inquiries, and any issues they may have
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
- Support the processing of cash sales and credit billing using the SAP system
- Contribute to the organization and maintenance of the showroom's stock
- Help manage the store's cash flow and aid in the preparation of weekly collection reports
- Applicants should have obtained a Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, or Degree in any discipline.
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
