- Preferably with knowledge in steel items, production flow, or machinery operation
- Able to lead a team and work under pressure
- Willing to work in a factory environment with hands-on supervision
- 1–2 years of relevant experience is an advantage; fresh applicants will be considered
- Supervise daily production activities to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor workers’ performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with maintenance and QC teams to resolve production issues
- Maintain production records and assist in meeting daily output targets
- Ensure machinery is used correctly and efficiently
