Available Internship Positions:

• Administrative & Business Intern (Admin / Sales Admin / Business Development / Marketing / Recruitment)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily administrative tasks such as document organization, data entry, and client record management
• Support sales and business development activities, including client follow-ups, market research, and preparing presentations
• Participate in marketing initiatives such as social media content creation and promotional material design
• Assist in the recruitment process resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination
• Support the planning and execution of corporate training programs
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree students majoring in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, or AI-related fields are encouraged to apply
• Basic data handling skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, proactive, with strong communication and teamwork skills
• Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin
• Able to commit at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 3 to 6 months
