We are a US Electronics manufacturing company providing high-technology interconnect, sensor, and antenna solutions to various industries such as Automotive, Broadband Communications, Aerospace, Defense, Industrial, IT, and Mobile Networks. Join us as a Project Manager and be a part of our customer focused organization!

• Understand existing process (incoming / stamping / plating / molding), product specification and system well.
• Closely follow up with product development team to understand upcoming new project trial run and qualification status.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resources once the project is qualified and ready for production.
• Coordinate and manage projects with individual departments and third-party suppliers / vendors.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Track project performance to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Track actual production performance (speed, efficiency, yield) vs standard, establish improvement plan to actual doesn’t meet standard.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle and implement project changes to achieve project outputs.
• Initiate improvements / cost down to existing processes and practices.

• Degree or Master Holder in Engineering or any equivalent in Science.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
• Minimum 5 years of experience preferably in connector manufacturing industry
