- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage digital channels for the company and clients (Facebook, Instagram, Rednote, TikTok, LinkedIn and landing pages)
- Create engaging digital content and campaigns (creative posts, digital proposals, email marketing, copywriting, etc)
- Handle digital backend operations and analytics (Meta Ads Manager, Google AdSense, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM)
- Coordinate data analysis feedback, provide updates to clients, and offer solutions to brand challenges
- Track project timelines and collaborate closely with the design team
- Communicate professionally via WhatsApp, email, calls, Zoom, and in-person meetings
- Provide weekly progress reports to the Creative Director
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude, strong team spirit, and good time management skills
- A strong interest in digital marketing and brand strategy
- Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Advertising or related field
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus)
- Proficient in Advertising/Digital Tools & AI Software
- Knowledge of branding and basic graphic design is a plus
- Data analytical, solution-oriented, and able to work well under pressure
- Must have own transportation and a working laptop
