Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting & Administrative Assistant to support our finance and administrative teams. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting tasks and ensure smooth office operations through administrative support.
Job Responsibilities- Manage daily accounting operations, which includes entering vouchers, verifying invoices, and overseeing payment record management;
- Assist in the monthly closing process, prepare financial reports, and provide basic support for tax declarations;
- Ensure financial records are accurate and complete to comply with company policies;
- Work alongside other departments to deliver necessary financial data support.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting (70%)- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with bank reconciliations and expense reports
- Maintain financial records and filing systems
- Support month-end and year-end close processe
Administrative (30%):
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Handle incoming calls and emails
- Maintain organized digital and paper records
We require the following qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or a related field;
- Strong proficiency in Excel and fundamental accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting);
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage repetitive tasks effectively;
- Basic communication skills in both Chinese and English (for email correspondence and simple reports).
