- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is essential to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base.
- Your ability to apply effective sales techniques and negotiation skills will be crucial in closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- This remote position offers the flexibility to work from Seri Kembangan, allowing you to manage your time and maximize your productivity.

- Actively engage with potential customers through various channels (online, phone, in-person) to understand their needs and preferences regarding vehicle purchases.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on vehicle features, specifications, and financing options, ensuring they make informed decisions.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations and test drives to showcase the value proposition of our vehicles and address customer inquiries effectively.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the automotive market, including competitor offerings, pricing strategies, and industry trends, to effectively position our vehicles.
- Negotiate pricing and financing terms with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements, while adhering to company policies and profitability targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and generate repeat business, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the company's CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing training and development.
