  1. Contract & Document Management
  • Help with the filing, organizing, and safekeeping of various administrative documents.
  1. Asset Management
  • Assist in the management and inventory of company fixed assets and office equipment.
  1. Logistics & Office Support
  • Coordinate with the team on canteen, dormitory, cleaning, and maintenance arrangements.
  1. HR Support
  • Support onboarding and offboarding procedures, assist in attendance data management, and other HR-related tasks.
  1. Other Duties Assigned by Supervisor
  • Carry out other administrative tasks as assigned by the superior.
