- Diploma/Degree in relevant field (Business)
- Relevant work experience
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is bonus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Decision-making, problem-solving abilities, Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf.

What You’ll Do:Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes across the organization.Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and implementing administrative strategies that align with our business goals and enhance productivity.Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, providing exceptional support and fostering collaboration.Data Management: Analyze operational data to identify trends, assess performance, and recommend improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness.Project Coordination: Support various projects by coordinating resources, timelines, and communications to ensure successful execution
- Managing scheduling needs such as setting up meetings, sending reminders,
- Communicating with clients and employees on behalf of executives.
- Fulfilling bookkeeping, filing, and administrative tasks such as minute-taking,
- Organising travel accommodations.
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails,
- Sorting incoming mail into categories (e.g. action required, no action required)
