Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the scheduling and publishing of website content in collaboration with the Content Development team.
- Ensure platform updates are communicated to users promptly and clearly through appropriate channels (e.g., email, in-platform notifications).
- Manage content publishing timelines, monitor the content calendar, and track progress to ensure timely updates.
- Generate creative ideas and concepts for visual and written content to drive user engagement.
