Lead and supervise production operators on the injection molding or connector assembly line.

Ensure production targets (output, quality, cycle time) are achieved according to plan.

Monitor machine operation status and coordinate with maintenance for any abnormalities or downtime.

Verify material preparation, mold changes, and ensure correct parts are used.

确认物料准备、模具更换情况，确保使用正确零件。

Implement and enforce 5S, safety, and quality standards on the production floor.

在生产现场推行并落实5S、安全及质量标准。

Assist engineers or QA in handling production quality issues or first article inspection.

协助工程或品质人员处理生产中的质量问题或首件确认。

Record and report daily production performance, manpower attendance, and downtime.

记录并报告每日产量、人力出勤与停机情况。

Train and coach junior operators on machine handling, product knowledge, and workmanship.

培训新员工或操作员掌握设备操作、产品知识及作业技巧。

Minimum 1–2 years of production line leadership experience in injection molding or connector assembly.

至少1–2年注塑或连接器组装线上生产管理经验。

Familiar with plastic injection machines, molds, or connector assembly processes.

熟悉注塑机、模具或连接器组装流程。

Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

具备良好的领导力、协调沟通及问题解决能力。

Able to work in shifts and respond to production line emergencies promptly.

能接受轮班工作，并能快速应对生产线突发问题。

Basic understanding of production reporting and quality control tools (e.g. first article, defect tracking).

基本了解生产报表填写及常见品质控制工具（如首件确认、不良追踪）。

SPM or equivalent. Technical background preferred.

中学毕业或同等学历，具备技术背景者优先。
