Education Consultant

1、Bachelor's degree in Education/Psychology preferred

2、2+ years experience in K12 education sector (account management/sales background a plus)

3、Solid understanding of pedagogy with demonstrated ability to diagnose learning barriers (case study required)

4、Empathic communicator with sales acumen, Mandarin proficiency required

5、Tech-savvy with CRM systems, comfortable with performance-based culture

1、Conduct periodic follow-ups with parents, monitor students' learning progress and provide customized study plans

2、Maintain student learning profiles and ensure course completion through professional guidance

3、Apply educational psychology principles to coach parents on supporting online learning

4、Achieve monthly renewal targets by identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities

5、Collect user feedback to optimize curriculum design with product team
