Tele-Sales Executive
Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
At least 1 year of experience in telesales, customer service, or related field (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Strong communication and negotiation skills (Mandarin, English, Malay preferred)
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure
Basic computer skills (MS Office / CRM system)
Obtain job vacancy orders from employer companies and record detailed requirements
Follow up with leads and maintain good client relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
Update and maintain employer database in CRM system
Provide feedback from clients to improve service quality
