Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in video editing or content production for social media.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects (e.g., subtitles, transitions, simple animations).
- Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and social media trends is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage for internal communication.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with marketers and content creators.
- A portfolio showcasing past work is required.
- Edit and produce polished short-form videos for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube using sourced or provided footage.
- Ensure all videos are on-brand and optimized for social media performance.
- Collaborate with marketers and content creators to develop simple yet engaging concepts for campaigns, product explainers, and tips.
- Create clear and visually appealing stories that align with campaign goals.
- Add subtitles, transitions, and basic animations to enhance video clarity and engagement.
- Produce simple motion graphics to explain processes or highlight key messages.
- Create video assets for ads and organic content, including multiple versions for A/B testing.
- Work with the performance team to analyze results and refine future content strategies.
- Keep project files organized and ensure timely delivery of content.
- Coordinate closely with marketers and content creators to ensure accurate and aligned messaging.
