To support the Human Resources department with day-to-day administrative tasks, recruitment activities, employee engagement initiatives, and HR-related documentation, while gaining practical experience in HR functions and processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records in physical and digital formats.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and staff engagement activities.
  • Participate in audits and compliance-related tasks under supervision.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing necessary documents and induction kits.
  • Maintain and update employee records in both digital and physical formats.
  • Help plan and coordinate staff engagement activities and events (e.g., team-building, staff gatherings, birthday celebrations).
  • Assist HR Assistants with staff-related tasks such as attendance tracking, staff welfare, and general inquiries.
  • Support audit preparation and HR documentation reviews.
  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the HR team.
  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and work in a team environment.
  • Familiar with basic design tools (e.g., Canva) and able to create posters or visual materials for HR activities and events.
