- Serve as the main class teacher for preschool children
- Teach, guide, and care for children throughout their daily routines
- Provide end-to-end care — from arrival, learning sessions, meals, hygiene, to dismissal
- Manage classroom activities, routines, and the overall learning environment
- Foster a safe, loving, and engaging classroom atmosphere
