- Picking & Inventory
- Locate products in the warehouse.
- Retrieve items from shelves and transport them to the packing station.
- Ensure the SKU, color, size, and quantity match the order exactly.
- Report any low-stock levels or damaged inventory to the supervisor.
- Packing & Quality Control
- Select appropriate packaging materials (boxes, mailers, bubble wrap) to prevent damage.
- Verify that the physical items in the box match the customer's invoice.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station to ensure high-speed throughput.
- Operational Support / OS
- Inventory Accuracy:Performingcycle counts (regularly counting stock) to ensure the physical inventory matches the digital system.
- Inbound Support:Assisting with the receiving of new stock—unloading trucks and verifying that delivered goods match the purchase order.
- Returns Processing: Inspecting returned items, updating their status in the system, and restocking or disposing of them as needed.
