INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY – ADMINISTRATION INTERN WANTED ?

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Intern to join our Administration team in Bandar Baru Bangi!
  • Position: Administration Assistant Intern
  • Location: Bandar Baru Bangi
  • Duration: 4–6 months
  • Start Date: End of May/Early June 2025
  • Allowance: RM500-600/month

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily administrative tasks and documentation
  • Help maintain and organize filing systems
  • Support internal communication and scheduling
  • Handle data entry and record-keeping
  • Handle basic customer service tasks, including answering inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
  • Follow up with customers on documentation, appointments, or service-related matters
  • Provide a friendly and professional first point of contact for clients and visitors

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented with good communication skills
  • Able to work independently and in a team
