  • High School or diploma required
  • Significant work experience in management food and beverage industry or hospitality minimum (3) years
  • Strong working knowledge of food and beverage service
  • Ability to use restaurant management software
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Decisive and critical thinker
  • Excellent interpersonal skill and moderately conversant in English

  • Oversee all the front of the house restaurant follow Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for all department Bar, & service
  • Ensure customers satisfaction through promoting excellent service, response to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
  • Maintain quality control for all food and beverages served
  • Analyse staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience
  • Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies , and cleaning products ,order accordingly
  • Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards
  • Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs
  • Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all
