- High School or diploma required
- Significant work experience in management food and beverage industry or hospitality minimum (3) years
- Strong working knowledge of food and beverage service
- Ability to use restaurant management software
- Strong leadership skills
- Decisive and critical thinker
- Excellent interpersonal skill and moderately conversant in English
- Responsible and able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent team player, self-motivated, well-organized
- Committed to continuous improvement, actively promoting innovation and best practice, constantly seeking feedback
- Oversee all the front of the house restaurant follow Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) for all department Bar, & service
- Ensure customers satisfaction through promoting excellent service, response to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
- Maintain quality control for all food and beverages served
- Analyse staff evaluations and feedback to improve the customer’s experience
- Project future needs for goods, kitchen supplies , and cleaning products ,order accordingly
- Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards
- Seek ways to cut waste and decrease operational costs
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all
