Job Description:
The Facilities and Administration Intern will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our Global Business Services Hub in Petaling Jaya. This structured early career (internship) program provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in facility management, maintenance coordination, and workplace safety.The intern will contribute to maintaining a productive and inclusive work environment, supporting various administrative functions, and collaborating with different teams to uphold high standards of office management. The intern will gain valuable exposure through leadership interface and projects.
Key Responsibilities- Support office operations and maintenance.
- Manage office supplies and registrations.
- Assist with event management and basic IT troubleshooting.
- Manage reception services and couriers.
- Support employee well-being and engagement activities.
- Coordinate guest services and travel arrangements.
- Ensure health, safety, and emergency procedures.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Building, Facilities Management, or any other relevant degree programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passionate about people and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different tasks.
