Creative Content Creator

We’re looking for a Creative Content Creator who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and is passionate about storytelling across digital platforms. You’ll be involved from ideation to execution, bringing campaigns to life through engaging video and content strategies.

1. Content Strategy & Ideation

• Participate in campaign pitches, proposals, and creative brainstorming sessions
• Develop content ideas, creative direction, and storytelling concepts for client campaigns
• Plan and structure cross-platform content strategies (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Create content calendars and production timelines aligned with marketing goals
• Research industry trends, audience behavior, and client needs

1. Content Production

• Plan, shoot, and produce video content across various formats (short-form, ads, social content)
• Operate cameras, lighting, and production equipment
• Edit and enhance videos (cutting, color, sound, motion elements)
• Ensure high-quality output aligned with brand and campaign direction
• Stay updated on trends, formats, and emerging content styles

1. Content Management

• Monitor content performance and optimize accordingly
• Manage publishing schedules and track KPIs
• Engage with audience when required

1. Team Collaboration

• Work closely with Strategist & Production teams
• Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth project execution
• Contribute ideas proactively and take ownership of deliverables

1. Reporting

• Prepare monthly performance reports and insights
• Provide creative recommendations based on data and trends
• Continuously explore and implement new content ideas

• Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Multimedia, Advertising, Marketing, Mass Comm, Design or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in digital media, content, or agency environment
• Proven experience as a Content Creator / Video Creator
• Strong understanding of social media platforms & content trends
• Experience in video production (planning, shooting, editing)
• Ability to art direct and execute different content styles
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle fast-paced projects
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.), CapCut or similar tools
