Working Location
- Subang Jaya (Opposite Sunway University)
- Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm, Saturday half day (5.5days work)
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in stock, warehouse, or logistics operations; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of inventory or warehouse processes will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling stock and documentation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills with a positive working attitude.
- Physically fit and able to handle packing and stock movement tasks.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet operational timelines.
- Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming stock to ensure accuracy and proper organization.
- Support routine stock counts and report any discrepancies or damaged items to the supervisor.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and within the required timelines.
- Ensure all products are correctly labeled, handled, and dispatched according to company standards.
- Arrange courier pickups, prepare shipping labels, and track delivery status to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Assist in handling product returns, exchanges, and reverse logistics processes.
- Update inventory movements and maintain accurate stock and delivery records in the system.
- Prepare and organize delivery notes and other logistics-related documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stock or storage area to ensure operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales and Retail to support stock-related requirements.
- Provide general operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day logistics and warehouse activities.
- Perform any other duties reasonably assigned by the Company from time to time.
