Influencer Business Development

Education: Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, business development, or sales is preferred but not required. Candidates with a strong understanding of TikTok trends and creator culture will have an advantage.
- Language & Communication:Fluent inBahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with local influencers and internal teams.
- TikTok Savvy: Active user of TikTok with a good eye for identifying authentic, brand-aligned content creators. Understands engagement metrics, viral trends, and platform best practices.
- Proactive & Target-Driven:Self-starter who can confidently reach out to at least5 influencers daily, build rapport quickly, and consistently meet monthly partnership targets.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple influencer collaborations simultaneously, track content deadlines, maintain clean records, and follow up systematically without missing details.
- Negotiation & Relationship Skills: Comfortable with pitching, negotiating collaboration terms, and maintaining long-term relationships to ensure repeat partnerships.
- Team Player: Willing to work closely with operations and content teams to coordinate product seeding, content assets, and campaign execution.
- Tools:Basic proficiency withMicrosoft Excel / Google Sheets for data entry and reporting. Familiarity with influencer management platforms is a bonus.
- Proactively search and identify potential influencers on TikTok that alignwith the brand positioning. Conduct outreach to at least 5 influencers daily, build connections, and drive collaboration agreements to meet monthly partnership targets.
- Manage the full collaboration process with influencers, including content creation, review, and posting schedule. Ensure timely execution of campaigns, collect video links, monitor initial engagement performance, and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Organize and manage influencer data systematically. Maintain regular communication, follow up on influencer needs and feedback, and build strong, long-term relationships to enhance collaboration efficiency.
- Continuously source new influencer resources and update the influencer database. Keep track of competitor activities and their influencer partnerships within the same category.
- Collaborate with operations and content teams to support campaign execution, including content asset organization, product seeding, and process coordination to ensure smooth workflow across all stages.
