We are a reputable used car dealer with a mission to make car buying transparent, smooth, and trustworthy. We’re looking for a Sales Admin who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting the sales process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and handle all documentation related to car sales, loan applications, ownership transfer, insurance, and PUSPAKOM inspection.
- Coordinate with banks, JPJ, insurance agents, and customers to ensure smooth transactions.
- Update vehicle listings on online platforms and social media.
- Maintain organized records and daily reports.
-Manage customer appointments and showroom walk-ins.
Requirements:- Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification.
- Experience in automotive or sales admin is a plus, but fresh grads are welcome.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office & WhatsApp/Google Drive.
- Able to work independently and under pressure.
- Willing to learn and grow with the team.
