IT Support Executive / E-Commerce Web Developer

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience (preferred).
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify & Sitegiant.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web analytics tools.
- Familiarity with domain/DNS management and web hosting environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining our IT systems, providing tech support, and managing updates and improvements to our websites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for internal hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop and server systems.
- Manage and update e-commerce websites (primarily Shopify).
- Customize Shopify themes, troubleshoot plugins/apps, and implement new features.
- Ensure website functionality, security, and performance.
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams for web content updates.
- Monitor website analytics and implement improvements for performance and UX.
- Backup and disaster recovery management for IT systems and websites.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Shopify Liquid (templating language).
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).
- Experience with email marketing tools and integration.
