Greet customers and assist with their orders in a friendly manner.

Explain menu items (durian types, drinks, etc.) and make recommendations when needed.
Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
Handle cashier duties, including processing payments and issuing receipts.
Maintain cleanliness of the outlet, including tables, counters, and dining areas.
Assist in basic food preparation (e.g. packing durians, simple drinks preparation).
Restock supplies and ensure items are well displayed.
Handle customer inquiries or complaints politely and report issues to the supervisor if needed.
Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Minimum SPM or equivalent.
Ability to speak and write in Mandarin is required for workplace communication.
Friendly, polite, and willing to serve customers.
Able to handle cash and basic POS system.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physically fit and comfortable working in a durian-related environment (handling smell, outdoor setting, etc.).
Prior F&B or cashier experience is an advantage but not required.
